I'm an Entrepreneur, Farmer, Software Engineer and AI Solutions Architect who immensely cares about the design and quality of what I create. I want people to love using what I build, design, and deliver.

I'm the antithesis of the job title. I can build a database, a front-end and a scalable API, design UX, manage engineering teams, lead projects, and start a venture. I can also write essays, work with my hands, farm animals and plant crops across hundreds of hectares.

Currently living in beautiful Cape Town, South Africa.
I grew up in a small farming community in the Southern Cape, called Heidelberg. My parents still live and farm there, and I visit them often. I've always considered that to be my home.
My obsession with tech started early. I used to have an iPod Touch 5th gen and would download every app from the top 100 list just to see how they work.
I'd rather be kitesurfing, lifting, cycling or running. You can check what I'm up to on Strava.
I love reading, and review most books I read on Goodreads. I think it's preposterous to have a favourite book.
I love cooking. So much so, that my wife and I have a cooking page where we infrequently post content.
I'm an ardent sports enthusiast, particularly football and rugby. I enjoy Fantasy Premier League (FPL) so much, that I developed an app for better FPL point calculation.
